POSITION TITLE: Inside Sales Manager

TAKE Supply Chain seeks an Inside Sales Manager to lead a small team and assist the company by qualifying prospects generated from marketing efforts via phone and turning these into quality leads for the TAKE Supply Chain sales force. Compensation for this role includes a base salary, attractive commission plan and a comprehensive benefits package, as well as a career path that could lead to a position within the field sales organization.

MAJOR ACTIVITIES:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Working directly with the field sales organization to schedule appointments with key decision-makers
  • Quickly understanding a prospect's industry and core business processes, and then identifying the issues they are facing
  • Understanding and describing at a high level how TAKE Supply Chain’s solutions can effectively address the business issues that prospects are facing
  • Performing database and record-keeping activities
  • Reporting on calling efforts in departmental meetings

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Ability to reach and confidently interact with upper-level executives, build rapport and have a meaningful conversation
  • Enterprise software industry or related sales experience
  • Team management experience
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM solutions
  • Ability to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment
  • Professional demeanor
  • Desire for a long-term career in sales

SKILLS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • The ability to learn and apply new information quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2+ years of related experience
  • MS Office proficiency

POSITION TITLE: SAP Solution Architect

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead implementations of TAKE Supply Chain extension products for SAP customers
  • Architect solutions for sales prospects who are in need of supply chain solutions that extend their SAP ecosystem
  • Perform product demonstrations and act as the SAP Subject Matter Expert on all pre-sales opportunity in the SAP market
  • Manage the internal SAP Development and QA systems
  • Work with the QA team to troubleshoot and resolve any defects related to TAKE Supply Chain’s SAP-related products
  • Provide functional direction for product design enhancements to meet specific customer requirements
  • Develop detailed functional specifications and provide guidance on technical design
  • Write necessary ABAP code to enable TAKE products to work correctly and efficiently with SAP

SKILLS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong functional knowledge of the SAP Logistics module, specifically MM, SD, IM and PP
  • Functional knowledge of SAP WM component
  • Strong understanding of the SAP Java Connection and the use of remote function calls in SAP
  • Candidate must be able to understand and write ABAP functions
  • 10+ years of SAP experience
  • 5+ years of strong project implementation and project management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications with good presentation ability
  • Effective leader of people
  • Position requires travel and working at the client location, as necessary
  • BS or BA required
  • Position is based in Austin, Texas
