Join us in the Cypress Room on the Riverwalk level at the Hotel Contessa on Wednesday evening to relax, catch up with colleagues and meet your peers.
Evening Event
Thursday, May 1, 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Thursday evening’s event will begin with attendees boarding two motor coaches destined for the Enchanted Springs Ranch. Located just outside of San Antonio in the beautiful Texas hill country, this 86-acre working ranch has captivated visitors from all over the world with its rugged, natural beauty. Two gorgeous lakes, a beautiful waterfall, exotic animals and an authentic Western town right out of the 1800s makes for a one-of-a-kind experience you won’t forget!
A traditional Texas-style barbeque dinner will be served with all the fixin’s, including peach cobbler and BlueBell ice cream for dessert. You’ll also have the opportunity to take a scenic tractor wagon ride throughout the ranch to view longhorns, horses, buffalo, llamas, emus, zebras, and many exotic deer and antelope. You’ll listen to The Drug Store Cowboys Band playing in the Six Gun Saloon and take your shot at being the fastest draw in the West at Outlaw Bob’s Shooting Gallery. You can do some shopping in the trading post or watch trick ropers and gun twirlers perform. Only a state as big as Texas could hold an event this fun — you won’t want to miss it!
