The ClearOrbit Shipping module overcomes the inefficiencies of executing ERP shipping transactions by leveraging deep Oracle knowledge and the ability to present shop floor and warehouse workers an intuitive interface on a mobile RF handheld scanner. The result is the automation of directed order picking and ship confirmation transactions, making this product vital for shipping/distribution organizations that experience high transaction volumes and require a very accurate, real-time operating environment.

• Mobile automation of high volume shipping transactions such as Pick Confirm, Pack, Unpack and Ship Confirm (Order/Line/Quantity)
• Specifically designed to optimize Oracle Applications versions
• Leverages direct modes of integration to ERP such as Oracle Applications Open Interface and Oracle APIs (Application Program Interfaces)
• User interface is optimized for use on RF mobile devices with error correction, data validation and smart menus
• Items stored in multiple locations can be presented to the user in picking order
• Each unique item/revision/location entry will accumulate quantity as parts are scanned
• Supports containerization. Allows packing of delivery lines into containers (LPN) and ship confirm of containerized deliveries
• Allows picking of auto-detailed or non-detailed sales orders or deliveries
• Reallocation of delivery lines
• Supports paperless guided picking
• Optional feature to support validation of item, location, revision, lot and serial number based on profile

This module may be combined with ClearOrbit's Connect 5.0 to closely integrate critical devices (barcode label printers, scales, material carousels, RF devices, etc.) with inventory activities.
