ClearOrbit's X.PC for Drop Ship Management works with existing modules such as Purchase Order (PO) Collaborator to provide your contract manufacturers visibility to POs created by Drop Ship Sales Orders in your ERP. ClearOrbit tracks and manages orders through the staging and shipment process, including the printing of barcode labels with all of the necessary customer information printed on your format, using your ERP data. It also can print the ERP shipping documents and commercial invoices.

Thus, you maintain complete control over the customer relationship, avoiding the physical distribution costs while maintaining visibility throughout the fulfillment process. Once the shipment leaves the supplier's dock, you generate the invoice to your customer (and ASN if applicable). ClearOrbit's extends your ERP to make your trading partners virtual extensions of your organization.

Tight ERP Integration
ClearOrbit Drop Ship Management provides automatic visibility via the web to all POs created by a drop ship sales order in the ERP. Once the supplier / contract manufacturer has shipped the item, a drop ship receipt is created, closing out the order.
Order Splits
ClearOrbit allows PO line splits with ability to enter Promised data and Qty at the shipment line level prior to acceptance. This provides complete visibility to your contract manufacturer's ability to meet requirements, eliminating costly surprises.
Need by Dates
The Drop Ship module provides 'Need-by' and 'Promise' date functionality with visibility and update capability to the respective fields for the POs to the supplier.
Dynamic Label Formats
Drives barcode label compliance to your contract manufacturers and supplier shipping locations. Your contract manufacturers can dynamically print different label formats based on the specific requirements of your end customer.
Shipping Documentation
Provides the supplier with the ability to print ERP shipping documents and enter shipping charges. This includes printing of Commercial Invoices for customs requirements.
