Technical X.PC Rules Administration Training
Course Length – 3 Days

This education course is focused toward individuals that are involved in the technical setup of ClearOrbit’s X.PC software to accomplish the setup for established functional goals of the software. Key participants will typically have the primary responsibility for maintaining and administering the ClearOrbit X.PC software and the associated rules within the overall environment. The following topics are covered and discussed:

Rule Architecture and Terminology
Configuration Options
Rules and Business Actions
Base Data Objects
Common Rules Scenarios and Case Studies
Working with Service Requests
Data Migration
Available API’s
Troubleshooting Tips

The goal of this rules administration training course is to educate individuals, enabling them to develop and administer ClearOrbit X.PC software within a supply chain network. The course will cover all of the necessary steps for defining and managing necessary collaboration rules, determining the best setup for a given requirements, and administering a collaboration environment that is already established. Common rules scenarios will be reviewed during the training class.

Participants for this class would be best served if he or she had the following attributes; however, they are not absolute requirements for the course:

Able to write advanced-level SQL queries
Working knowledge of operating system and database concepts
Functional understanding of X.PC software and usage
Knowledge of Oracle Applications in the applicable collaborative areas
Experience with JXPath Syntax
